This years International Women’s Day was spent organizing a Startup Weekend.
Techstars put out a call a couple of month ago, enabling organizsations around the world to host a Startup Weekend for Women on this weekend, and thru LU Innovation and with support from Helsingborgs stad we got the chance to do one of the 40 different ones that were organized globally!
And we made our own adjustments (for the better) – the 3D Meetup Sweden was also taking place this weekend in Helsingborg at Tryckeriet. This made it possible to combine the Startup Weekend with a 3D printing theme, enabling each team to get designers and access to 3D printers. Which turned out great!
